Great experience..I was assisted by two different gentlemen yesterday and today, they were able to resolve my issue that the conroe store said they could not. The customer service was exceptional. Great job guys !

Had an amazing experience here at The Woodlands location! Santiago was the one helping me with a screen replacement. He told me it would take 2 hours and within that time it was done. I recommend this location as the techs here go above and beyond with helping their customers.

Santiago is very professional and helped me with an issue with the port on my phone that Best Buy and Battery Plus tried to fix. Santiago patiently fixed it and explained to me what the problem was.Great employee!
