This was my first time having alterations done at Nordstrom. I needed a jumpsuit altered for an event fairly quickly. Ping helped me and did a fantastic job! My jumpsuit fit beautifully. I HIGHLY recommend her. I will only have her do my alterations. Nordstrom, do not let her go!
Forgot to catch the name of the alterations manager and employee that helps us. But a big shout out to them both! My husband and I had a family wedding the next day and needed help fixing an alteration issue from a different location. They helped ease our concerns and identify what needed to be fix. The suit looks perfect after working their magic. Thank you!
