Their services include video interviewing, paperless onboarding, Work Opportunity Tax Credits (WOTC), Employee Retention Credits (ERC), employee self-service, payroll processing, HR management, benefits enrollment, timekeeping, and expense management. They have received positive feedback for their user-friendly system that has eliminated many steps from previous payroll and onboarding processes. Customers have praised their customer service, with one individual highlighting a major help from Sam Tutino in resolving a payroll processing issue through a video chat. The company has been commended for its quick and nice support. AllianceHCM has been particularly appreciated for its implementation and daily support, with one customer switching from ADP and finding the customer service they needed. The payroll system has been described as simple, and HR tasks take less time with AllianceHCM. The onboarding and payroll software have been recommended, and the early pay system, Zayzoon, has been well-received by employees.
