From Ms. Laura, the receptionist to Mr. Ron, the inspector, our experience was absolutely amazing! Mr. Ron was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He initially asked if we had any specific concerns and immediately went to work. Once completed with inspection, he shared his findings while explaining in simple terms. I will definitely recommend this company. I’m looking forward to working with them in the near future.
Amazing experience! I worked with Paul F. for my inspection and he gave me a very detailed and thorough inspection with high res pictures and clear explanations of all the work that was done. I now am more than confident about the condition of my potential home, and even have some leverage to renegotiate my offer. Paul was even kind enough to hop on a call with me and my real estate agent at night to go over some of our questions. He truly went above and beyond, and I HIGHLY recommend him and this company to anyone needing an inspection on their home. I have used this company twice now and the work they provide is 5 stars. Reports are emailed promptly and are very detailed. Easy payment options, service pricings/options, and forms to sign are all digital making things easily accessible. The inspectors are very knowledgeable and take the time to explain things to home owners in a way we can understand. ??
