“Wow, wow, wow. Everything was absolutely excellent. I’ve been to at least 5 nail salons within a 5-7 mile radius and this tops them all by far! I was greeted and seated immediately, drinks were offered and everything was clean.

I came here specifically for polygel builder nails (which they do, unlike many salons), but was persuaded to try Gel-x extensions. I love them! They come pre-shaped, so no extra charge for a fancy shape, super light, and STRONG!

This was an amazing experience all in all, but the icing on the cake was them making sure I didn’t leave with the white acetone residue all over my fingers from the soak off. It’s a simple step, but it really makes a difference and shows they care about the details.

Walked in tonight after a long day of work, Thursday around 530pm (I’m a massage therapist) I was the only one there which I didn’t mind. However, they started getting more people within the next hour. Here is my inputPros:- very kind lovely people- good variety of gel colors- clean and sanitized- natural shape on short nails- they actually listened when I said I need short nails bc of work instead of trying to upswell me- I asked them to shape my big toes a bit better and more equally and they didn’t give me an attitude, my manicurist doing nails told me he would fix them :) (not their fault, I had cut my own toenails and was uneven )- offer water and sodas- printed me item by item receipt which no one ever does- didn’t try to upsell meCons:- Not fancy, upscale or contemporary inside- No liquor or wine for those that may want thatFor me - the cons don’t matter so I give it a 5 star.
