I found Travis Marckese to be extremely professional, well versed in his expertise and carefully explained what the process would be for this project. Our timing wasn't the best as our start date became a moving target while Mother Nature chose this time to hit the Dallas area with major storms. We fought through broken tree limbs, days of seemingly unending rain, and a flooded yard that was quickly eroding away. Travis remained unflappable, always ready with a "Plan B" should we need it. Eventually, things quieted down and the project could begin. Travis stopped by the job site throughout the day to check on how things were going. He promptly responded to my intermittent texts and phone calls. It was immediately evident that the work team knew what they were doing and just kept at it until they were able to present me with the fruits of their labor... the best looking lawn in the neighborhood. “Carlos Magada did an amazing job. He came to spray our home since we found an American cockroach in our rental house. He reassured us that American roaches don't breed inside and cause infestations. He was very communicative about everything he did. He helped point out a termite tube on our house as well so that our owners could take care of the issues. Very thankful for the work he did. I will be sure to use ABC in the future for any needs.“

“This company is fantastic! Noe, Angel, & Rene needed to cut & shape hedges all the way around my house. This needed to be scheduled quickly because my siding, roof, & gutters were being replaced. The hedges were very overgrown & had to be cut back extensively. Noe made sure that everything was cut back EXACTLY the way I wanted it done. He also made suggestions about cutting some areas shorter & leaving a tree/hedge taller. I agreed with his suggestions. The final product is amazing! They also raked up every last leaf & branch! “Had a issue with a large branch of a crepe myrtle making contact with my fence. Giovanni from Terra Turf went to work to solve the problem and also made the tree look lovely with some additional trimming. What an artist! He also trimmed back two scary wild-looking boxwood bushes. Again, a very professional job. Another member of the T.T.team had my front yard looking like a photo in a landscape magazine. The rating tells you my reaction. Oh yes, rhey cleaned up debris and left my yard looking far better than it was before they came.“

“My experience with Elite Outdoor Living has been fantastic. This is my second major backyard project. The first one was a blank canvas, and the second was a remodel/renovation. Both designs were by Randy Angell Designs (RAD); the only difference was that I used different companies to execute his designs. This round was leaps and bounds better than my first. Justin's attention to detail and the entire crew were phenomenal. He literally had this one corner done three times because his OCD didn't think it was "good" enough. Coming from a very OCD client, I was satisfied with the second attempt but loved that he wanted perfection.

Sam and the team kept me very informed and were patient with my decision-making struggles. They often put in a lot of long hours working on weekends.

I live streetside on a very busy, high traffic street in Carrollton Tx. My home has been hit by careless drivers five times over the last ten years. The last time was 7/28/23 and totally destroyed my kitchen. This was a traumatic event in so many different ways. However, the good that resulted from this devastating event was searching and finding a lawncare company that could and would plan, then execute landscaping that was not only beautiful to look at but……more importantly would provide defense against future home damage from speeding, careless drivers. Lawncare by Josie is a female owned business and one of the most outstanding businesses I have ever used. The crew supervisor took time to listen carefully to my goal of damage preventive landscaping that would also result in professional beauty! The end result far exceeded my expectations!!
UPDATE: Just to add to my complete satisfaction of a job so well done, Lawncare by Josie came to my rescue again!! On Tuesday 5/28/24 my street was hit with the worse storm I’ve experienced in the last 40yrs living in my Carrollton home. 80 mile per hour winds and rain resulted in an immense amount of tree and landscape damage not only in my yard but also, every house on my street. Loss of power and torrents of rain continued for the next two days. My protective tree from the landscaping done by Lawncare by Josie was uprooted. I contacted Josie hoping they would work me into their schedule to come and secure the tree back into the ground so I would not loose it. 24hrs later……Mission Accomplished!! “We used Rose Landscapes to replace our existing ~700 sq ft patio with a paver patio. Our existing patio was a mess following years of neglect, but Rose Landscapes did a fantastic job with the replacement and we could not be happier with the result.
