Was apprehensive at first using what appears to be the walmart tax services expecting a cold churn as many through as quickly as possible approach. But I was wrong. Andrew and the rest of the staff were very personable, engaging, and a great professional help getting us through a more complicated tax year. Two house moves including moving from out of state and filing out of state taxes too.
First time using JH and I loved it! They need more people though. We did get interrupted a few times because there was no receptionist receiving people and the two agents that were there had to stop what they were doing to attend to incoming clients. Other than that the agent I was with, Ursula was great. She explained everything and made sure she double checked all my paperwork and she had everything entered in. Great service!
