Morgon is awesome! she is good with diagnosing and also genuine. I took my iphone 13 (bought with apple 3 yrs ago) to apple for diagnosis and they said can't repair and gave a crazy amount for repair or replacement since its out of coverage. Had a suspicion when they didn't give a specific cause for thw fevice to not power up and only flash apple logo.so, took it to ifixit and Morgan diagnosed, guestimated possible root causes, verified with her own battery and could restore it!! all within a day and much less price for diagnosis and repair! Sorry but I font trust apple "genius" anymore if you don't have apple "care" or not with them.

I am so glad I found IFix! I accidently got water in my charging port and they fixed it within 1 day. They were very kind and understanding. If I have any other tech problems, IFix would be my first choice.
So thankful I found iFix. Thought I had chipped my phone screen and went here to get it repaired. Turns out it was only my screen protector. The young lady at the front at The Colony location was very kind and helpful. Less than $11 and 5 minutes later I was on my way!
