👎👎👎Most disappointing patient care. This staff is only interested in finances. They forgot to give a correct Rx. When asked about that I am asked to consult Dr. if any issues and be ready for out-of-pocket payment. Now when I questioned their Rx, Optician got me a new Rx and said that there was a mistake in not handing over during initial visit. Beware.. they are interesting in PAYMENTS ONLY.👎👎👎
I was looking for place closer to home and I’m glad I found Rosemore Eye Care! The level of care was exceptional even before I stepped foot in the office. I will definitely be coming back to for all of my future eye care needs.
We had another great visit with Dr. Chen and staff. They were so great with the kids, very patient! I feel so great about the attention and care we receive here, and my son really needs it with his vision issues. Thanks guys! You are great!!!
