I went a lot of my life without seeing a dentist so it can be a scary thing to endure. Dr Saffold and team have made me feel like family, so understanding, empathetic, willing to listen if you get worried or change your mind, no judgement and amazing conversations. I feel If something wasn’t perfect I could rely on this office to willingly fix it for me with no guilt. Not to mention the amazing prices with and without insurance. I look forward to going back even if it’s not for a fun reason!
I cannot recommend this place enough and would give 10 stars if I could. My husband has been through the wringer with awful dental work, that caused so many more problems with his teeth. The staff has been accommodating with our anxieties and reassuring. We are so happy to have run across them while searching and will not be going anywhere else.
Met Dr. Staffold at work and he mentioned that he had his own practice and invited me to come in and get checked out. BEST decision I have made. The staff is so friendly and made me feel very welcomed. They offered to stay later just to do my deep cleaning and for me that is EXCELLENT customer service to go above and beyond for your patients. Highly recommend to make an appointment! :)
