My father went here for a lung pain we have waited at least 6 hours no one came to his room for 6 WHOLE HOURS THEY KILLED MY GRANDMOTHER I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND if you need to go toto a hospital please go somewhere else because this place is very shity

the nurses i had on night shift Jeniece/Jordan/and Megan were great the doctors were pretty good too. Everything else was very neglectful. Nurses during the day seem uninterested in answering calls, listening to patient symptoms. I couldn't even get a food order changed from liquid diet because she forgot and then had to change it after lunch sheets were never changed. There was no towels or washcloths or even soap in the bathroom and when I asked for that they looked at me like I was crazy for asking and didn't even have soap... At a hospital that's nuts. after going from the ER to a room upstairs, they have failed to connect me to an IV back for fluids and when I ask, they ignore my question and walk away. so I just habe an IV sticking out of my arm for no reason I've been in the hospital for 3 days and getting transferred out today because of neglect. this is unacceptable. when I ask what time the doctors are making the rounds no one seems to know or care not even an estimated time of like they will be here this morning or they're make the rounds this afternoon. No one knows. I don't even know the name of my doctor.
