Horrible experience with employee. I work in Texas City and have been using this cleaner for years. Based on this experience - and what it cost me — I will not ever give this company my business. They need to do a better job hiring employees who care about the customer.

This is a long way to go for me for a dry cleaners. Initially dropped off dry cleaning when I was going here for a specialty doctor appointment and it was convenient but even though I don't go there now it's worth it to save up and travel the distance to take my dry cleaning. Dina is pretty much the reason I do as she took Extra Care with each one of my shirts to make sure that the Rings on the collar and cuffs were scrubbed and cleaned and that each of my items came out really well. She had an unfortunate incident in which a white tie had gotten some blue on it and she was so apologetic when it just didn't come out to her standards. The lady at the front won’t even letMe talk she was in her nerves before I even got there so she talk to me rude and even raise her voice ! I told her I just want the pants that ALSO THEY DIDT HAVE ME READY FOR THE DAY THEY TOLD ME IT WILL BE ! So my husband only got tops for a important date I had toDo it my own after work and we was late for the party
