Tracey Bichon was very knowledgeable about what is required and best suited for the coastal area. He and Susan Soto were always available to answer questions and keep us apprised as to changes. The shingles were stripped exposing decking that did not meet the code. Tracey put together a new quote to re-deck the roof and bring it up to code. We submitted the changes to TWIA and the new decking was approved and the cost was covered. Brenda and I would recommend Bichon for any roofing you might need.
Called Tracey for a last minute roof inspection for a client. Luckily he had time. He came out a did a thorough inspection and even pointed out items that were needed that weren’t roof related. Being in real estate, good contractors are hard to find and Tracey is one of the good guys! ??
Very satisfied with the quality of work and professionalism displayed by the General Contractor. Will highly recommend this company to anyone that needs a medal roofing job done at their location.
