Trevor and his team were absolutely amazing! We had to have the floors completely ripped out in our kitchen, dining room and a backroom. He put in new floors adding in new beams, joists, and subfloor because ours was completely rotted/ molded due to water damage. He worked day and night and even by himself to get the job done. This project was for my 80 year old Granny who has high anxiety and jumps at any loud noise. Trevor was kind enough to give her a warning when a loud noise was about to be made. He made the whole process peaceful for her. When leveling the kitchen he even noticed the sink had a leak and fixed it for us. He even put us in contact with a plumber...read full review

I would highly recommend Trevor Yancy of Yancy construction for any of your level or remodeling needs. Very professional crew, very professional work. Cleaned up the area at the end of the day. Even raked my yard. Can't say enough good things. Totally redid a bedroom wall, floor, (replaced the whole floor, joists and all.). Very good service.

The shower heads you installed are absolutely great. They work wonderfully and look amazing. And, BIG PLUS...thank you for cleaning up after the work was completed. Oh, and lest we forget, the cost was VERY reasonable. I will definitely let you know if I need anything done in the future. Thank you, Mr. Yancy for being so personable and for a job WELL DONE!
