So, we had a late night leak develop from our water heater. I really didn't want to mess with it, because it was behind the wall and I don't really like plumbing. Any other pages, and I called Roto-Rooter. Robbie came out a short while afterward, and helped me diagnose the problem. I actually decided to do the repair myself, after looking at it with him. Not because I don't think they would do a good job, but because it turned out to be less complicated than originally feared. Although I didn't have Robbie do the work, he was very helpful with advice (because he's done it 500 times) Very friendly, very professional, very much recommended.
