As an Owner Operator, there's not much that's scarier than needing a tow. Industry is filled with horror stories. So, I was rather nervous when I got the red screen of death, I30EB just short of Hope AR. MHC Texarkana recommended Red River for the tow. While it was after hours, very nice gentleman took my call, listened, was empathetic, and got Nate dispatched to me. Kind gentleman quoted me an exceptionally fair price for which I am thankful. One of our 2024 Pete trucks got stalled on i30 due to air valve release tank failure. Common issue on a rainy day. Red River Towing was super quick to respond and fixed the issue right away. Shane is very knowledgeable mechanic and explained us exactly what was going on. I must say this is the first time for me to leave a review on a Towing Company but this Company totally deserves it! Very reasonable prices. Thank You!
