UPDATE: I had an appointment today for termite bait installation, and I assumed it would be canceled due to the approaching storm. Instead, Kyle was my tech again (yay), and he called and offered to come early to beat the weather and make sure I was still taken care of today. What a great company and superb technician!
My technician today, Kyle, was awesome!!! So friendly and professional, and on time. He went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered and that all of our pest control needs were met. Thank you!
