Walked in to get fill in lady was laying down in a chair covered up in a blanket. I told her I needed a fill in no one was in the shop she said she couldn't do it because she has a appointment in 20 minutes. I said can u get started she said no to come back in 2 hours. Door states walk in welcome. I told her she needs to remove that .not good business..

Called at 10am and made an appointment for 1:30. Called at 12:00 to let her know I arrived in town early and could come in earlier. She said "No, I'm busy." I said "ok, I'll see you at 1:30." She said "No, I moved you to 2:30 instead." Uh...nope. I understand if people are short handed right now. But I called to make an appointment for that reason.

Did a full nail set and in 3 days the nails where lifting and breaking when I went back to her to show her she said I’m really not interested in doing nails just lashes I don’t care about the money ir the business I just make enough to take care of my kids she should had said that before she done my nails and took my money and didn’t even try to correct the problem
