Yesterday, when the temp was -2, I woke up at 4:45 to a freezing house because the furnace had quit working. Because of my home warranty claim policy, they assign a company to come look at it. At 8am, I called the assigned company who said the earliest he could come was the next day because of the snow. I’m like, “Hello! We have no heat and it is 0 degrees”. Because it is an emergency and the assigned company cannot come, this frees me to find my own company per policy. I called Central AC and Plumbing telling them I need a service call. They do not complain about the snow or roads and within half an hour, someone is headed to my house to fix the furnace. The technician Jay, was very friendly and professional. He ended up getting someone to head over to help him. They worked on it for several hours. It ended up being something pretty easy to fix once they figured out the problem. They even swept up the insulation that got tracked down from the attic. I give them an A+++ for being there when I needed help.
Yesterday Sunday 7/28 our house started heating up and we called and Robert was there within the hour and had to replace the capacitor on outside unit and was very quick and professional. 👍👍
