Our air conditioner stopped working and they came out and had us back up and running within an hour. Very professional and friendly! Will most definitely use them from now on. Excellent service!
I had an issue with my A/C unit on a Sunday morning and woke up with no air (also a mad pregnant wife and two kiddos because it was “as hot as the sun” in the house) . I called Air Now and asked them if they would be able to have someone out before I went into work later that night. They were super friendly and were able to get someone out pretty dang quick on a Sunday to get me going again. Brandon was the tech that came out and he was great. He was able to find the problem within minutes and was able to break everything down in an easy to digest manner. ?Best AC/Heat service I have dealt with in my 45 years of needing this service. Brandon Knaupe is thorough, explains what he is doing, makes suggestions for improvement, & responds to all questions. Would highly recommend AirNow and Brandon.
