Had a dental emergency which they weren't able to assist with at this location, which was fine. The on site dentist was so sweet and patient. She thoroughly explained what to expect at the Farmer's Branch location. The entire staff was honestly heaven sent. Would recommend them for long term care
First time going to the dentist in about 13 years. I went. Finally. And the professionalism and niceness the staff has treated me with cannot be understated. I’m not a dentist person and they took care of me. Just had some fillings done. It was easy as could be. Quick. Painless and affordable. My only regret is I took so long to go.
I have a special needs son whom they take very good care of. The staff is very friendly and thorough in their work practice. I’ve never had a complaint this far. He has been here since 2022.
