I have used this company twice for HVAC repair. The first time I called early Saturday because our heat would not come on. They were at the house shortly after noon. They showed me how the electric wires had been installed wrong when the new system was put in, in the summer. The first time we turned on the heat one of the wires shorted out.When our airconditioning systems stopped working properly in 100+ degrees and, of course late on a Friday, they came out the next morning. Our air went out on one of the hottest days we’ve had so far. We have two little ones and it was already 85 degrees at 3:00 in the afternoon. Cliff drove all the way to our house at 7:00 at night to make sure we were taken care of! Beyond grateful for them putting us first. We’ve used them several times over the years and have always been extremely pleased with the service and professionalism.
