I visited this location as a walk-in expecting to order new contacts. It was discovered that my contact prescription was lapsed and I required a new examination. The lobby was very busy but the store manager , Shamyra insisted that I stay for the exam and ensured my wait would not be longer than 15-30mins, as a walk-in. My mind was blown from how well organized this location is. Shamyra lead the processing of all of the queued customers with grace and diligence. The whole lobby was pleasantly impressed with the service that we were receiving. Not only was I able to get my Annual exam timely but I was able to browse for some new glasses. General manager at the Terrell location, Shamyra is phenomenal! I was originally told by another location they did not take our insurance, however she was able to pull up our information in the database!

I fell hard at work damaging my glasses. They were seriously out of alignment with my face and giving me a headache! I went in and Paris was quick to help! I’m not sure what magic she worked but when I left, they fit better than before! Excellent work Paris! Thank you! Always great customer service from all!
