My girls and I love coming to classes here. We are learning so much and our girls are getting the discipline, exercise and attention they desperately need. I also am able to train with with the girls and get exercise that I need as well. The instructors are patient and helpful, and strick when need be. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking to take self defense ad they also have extremely reasonable costs.
