I am new to town and went to " Shears to you " because my husband used them a couple of times. It was a fortunate stroke of serendipity. Janet gave me THE BEST HAIRCUT I have ever had and I have had many! Go there and tell her what you want your hair to do and she will give it to you! She even taught me how to style it so it would look just right.Services: Haircut
