“I had a trigger point massage yesterday with Shelly. I have had this back/shoulder pain since March. Been to therapy and got a cortisone shot and massages to no avail. OMG I can move it now with little to no pain. I will be going back. If she does what she did yesterday, I am thinking the pain will be completely gone.“
