Lauren was attentive to what I wanted to accomplish. She listened to my areas of concern and focused on those areas. Especially as a man, the atmosphere was nice without being too much.

Lauren is very knowledgeable and professional. She does an excellent job of pinpointing problem areas in your body. I highly recommend her. Whether you are sore and in pain or just need a relaxing massage, she is the best I have found.

I was lucky enough to get a gift certificate to MyoHealth and will definitely be going back as a regular. Lauren took the time to listen to what I wanted to get out of the session and gave me one of the best massages I've ever had. Can't recommend her highly enough
