I've had to hire several tree service crews over the past few years. I can honestly say that this crew is THE BEST. They are very professional, informative, and most of all safety conscious. I asked them to cut down a 50 foot pecan tree that was very close to my house and power lines. I've watched other crews attempt to trim the same tree and had to remove them from my property when they almost fell out of the tree due to lack of proper climbing gear. Hook and Ladder staff were a true team. I watched in awe as they painstakingly took the tree down in excessively high temperatures. I never once felt like my house, my power line, or one of their staff was in danger. They took one short break over an 8 hour day in temperatures in excess of 101 degrees. They just didn't stop. Are they cheap, no they aren't. In this case you get what you pay for. You can hire a crew for less money that may or may not have the right experience or gear to do the job safely, OR, you can hire the best and know that you only have to pay once because the job will be done right (safely and quickly) the first time. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
