CTR came out and within 2 minutes had identified the issue. I had a failed capacitor and they were in and out in 20 minutes. Very professional and now my house is cold. Thank you CTR
We reached out to 3 different companies and wish we reached out to them first. Do not waste time and money looking anywhere else. They were quick, honest, accommodating and exceeded expectations.
Our cooling system was not working properly for our tenants and we reached out from overseas to get the situation handled. Michelle was considerate of the situation, time difference, and followed up as needed. Will be looking to them for all of our HVAC needs moving forward.
We were given a window of time for the repairman to come out and look at our leaking AC unit, anywhere between 11-3pm. I like that Scott called us ahead of time letting us know when he’d be there (gave me time to put my dogs in their kennel). He came right around 11 which was great, also he was knowledgeable, helpful, and quick with his work. And on top of that it only cost us around $200, which was cheaper than we anticipated. CTR has a maintenance plan you can get on. So we will be using their services again in the future.
