This company is typically good about answering the phone quickly, but they haven’t been great about fixing our actual issues. We have had them out to the same property multiple times, have spent a good amount of money to fix the AC at said property, waited weeks for a “part to come in”, but the problem never got fixed. We had to call another company to come out and they fixed the issue quickly, at a more affordable rate. I did reach out and explain my frustrations to Campbell Heating & Air, and did not receive a response. To me, it feels like they give you the run around, charge a lot of money, and do not solve your problems. I would search for a different company...read full review
Called in a pinch, and David was sent out same day. They were understanding about my situation and quickly repaired my issue! He even cleaned out some ducts and gave me some tips on how to prevent the problem in the future. Definitely straight to the point, but I was very satisfied with the service. Great value for the amount of work they did! Overall 100% happy!
