I had a very disappointing experience with this driving school. In addition to the unprofessional behavior and rude attitude from the staff, I noticed unequal treatment toward certain people, which made me feel that there was a clear bias and lack of empathy. Some interactions even had racist undertones, which is unacceptable in any setting, especially in a place where people are supposed to feel supported while learning to drive.

I tired to do my behind the wheel/defensive driving course but it didn't help that I had to go in person instead of doing it on their website. Also they NEED to update the Austin driving school website.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!! please do not go here unless if you are trying to get yelled at for simply asking a question to try to purchase their services,they are extremely rude and disrespectful. i read reviews prior to going to the office and thought maybe people were exaggerating but believe me when i tell you no one is the exempt from getting chewed out for absolutely no reason
