The morning he arrived was wet and muddy, and he stopped to put covers on his work shoes before entering my place - something I hadn't even thought of.He was able to quickly diagnose the issue with the dryer and get it fixed. I think it took about an hour. He even used a shop vac to suck out a huge chunk of lint that had become lodged in the dryer and recommended a better vent for me.The cost came to just under $200 for the labor and part, which I found fair and reasonable. He told me there's a 90-day warranty on his labor and a 1-year warranty on the part, which I appreciated.I would definitely recommend D&S for any appliance repairs you may need, and I'll most likely call again if something goes wrong with any other appliance.“
