I was really pleased with the results I got, from the therapy they provided. It was not an endless process. I had 4 or 5 treatments. They were a bit painful but they worked! It's a pressure type muscle release therapy in conjunction with at home daily exercises for your feet. I had plantar faceitis. I really liked both the Dr. and the physical therapist who really worked with me to get the right exercises. She would alter them if one was too difficult and give me alternatives. The app they have with short video clips of the exercises were great. It also had a notification reminder that was really helpful too.

I went in for treatment of a newer ankle injury (3 months old) and an older ankle injury (~12 years old). Like others, I had improvement on both after my first visit. Dr. Chernivec was professional and kind and thorough in his explanations of everything. I stuck with the rehab exercises that were given to me and was discharged in 5 appointments. I have soreness in my older injury still (to be expected, and should go away), but my newer injury feels completely healed, and both ankles have a full range of flexibility again. I'm very happy with Dr. Chernivec's work, and Lauren was a great coach on exercises--she gave insight and was very fun to interact with. Couldn't recommend...read full review

My experience was amazing and my progress has been phenomenal.Dr C and staff are knowledgeable and super helpful.I will continue to go for other ailments as I know this is the place for us!Thank you Dr C for getting me back on track!
