One of the sorriest cleaners!! had my wife's wedding dress dropped off and clearly talked to the employee working,she assured me Saturday she would call me to get it when ready as Saturday was my wife's wedding, Saturday comes no call went to get her dress and there closed!! not only did my wife have to find another wedding dress!! and delayed our wedding!! when we returned they wanted to charge us full charge for the cleaning. Ruined my wife's wedding day, then refused to make it right no phone call no nothing about them closing early on Saturdays or even calling us to let them know there closing, the lady was rude and unsympathetic, you can't find the owner there never there!! and employees were unwilling to get them or help resolve the issue! Worst experience I have ever had I would stay clear from these folks!! sorry cleaners if you ask me.

Went to use them for the first time. Tried to drop off before work, everything I read says they open at 6:45AM. I showed at 7:05M. Not a soul in sight. Building locked all the lights off. It’s one thing to be 5 minutes late. But nearly 30? Come on man

As a former employee I refuse to recommend this company. The new owner has zero regard for employees and customers. Horrible press work and don't deliver clothes on promised days. They need a new manager for the plant that actually pays attention to what's sent out. Customer satisfaction is rare when it comes down to Taylor cleaners. The old owner would've never let it come to this. It's been sad seeing it be run down by new management. Prices are ridiculous. This isn't Austin. Do better.
