“Ideal Massage called me back the next day and showed concern for my horrible experience that I had. They were able to get my in yesterday. When I walked in I was immediately greeted and accommodated by Julia. Julia asked me several times what the focus points were and how she could best help me. This made me feel much more at ease and comfortable knowing I was in the hands of someone who cared about my interests and who wanted to make things right. The massage began, the temperature was great, the pressure was great and she checked in periodically to see how I was doing esp being 38.5 weeks pregnant. I wasn't worried about anything during the massage and I was able to relax my mind which was what I really needed.
