I go out of my way to see Brencher and have been doing so for years. He has been attentive and has even been able to see a walk-in in past times. Holger has went out of his way above and beyond when asked. Friendly funny engaging person.

This office was able to see my son last minute. The staff was super nice and was able to work with my insurance hiccups. 10/10 for the support staff. Doc was cool too. Perla and the doc made my son feel comfortable with trying on contacts for the first time. He struggled but after a pep talk with the doc he got it. Love this place.

Doctor brencher may be very good, but the wait time the service staff Is unacceptable. Even with an appointment it can take 2 hours or more to be seen. And I'm talking every time not just once in a while.
