This company is phenomenal! We won't use anyone else. Their customer service is wonderful as they go above normal. Juan is friendly and very focused on customer's needs and gives 110%! He was timely, expedient and stayed until all our questions were answered. Their annual maintenance plan is a must have!
Great service call. Clean, courteous and super nice! They Explained our problems and how to fix them and what to do to prevent them from happening again. Also told us the cost prior to repairs. Very courteous and cleaned up when finished. Really enjoyed their service call.
Kenny G was professional and exceptional in his communication skills, in his determination of possible issues, and potential solutions. His patience was greatly appreciated. I will definitely request Kenny G for future projects.
