Sunnyvale Animal Shelter is known for its amazing staff who genuinely care for the animals. The facility is clean and well-kept, creating a welcoming environment for both pets and visitors. The adoption process is easy and convenient, and the animals appear happy and well-loved. Visitors have noted the calm atmosphere, even when the shelter is full, reflecting the attentive care provided by the staff.
I visited this shelter on a day when it was completely full. The guy who runs it and I were able to carry on a conversation without all the dogs barking and making racket because they were all chillin. I noticed that it didn't smell like pine-sol but it didn't stink either. That made me think it is clean and nothing is being covered up. Definitely caring people work here.
I had a wonderful phone visit with Frank and I knew from talking with him how committed to the animals he is. I will be visiting the facility soon.
