“Nikki came by to provide an inspection on my roof, and she was awesome! She showed up on time, was very respectful, and honest about her thoughts. Most contractors (in my experience) will try and find something to up charge you on, or lie about what is actually happening. Not the case here with Nikki! “Everything went very smooth. Our roof was damaged in late May in a storm. I called and spoke to Brian and he said he would have someone out when it was safe to be on a roof while other roofers were knocking on my door in the pouring rain and lightning still in the area. They were also on several roofs in the area. The job was completed in a day and clean up was great.“

Renee and his crews did a great job on the portico and other entryway issues we had. Piak Performance painted our entire home as well as replacing 3 outside doors. They were easy to work with and flexible. Always checked back with us to make sure we were happy with their work.“

Our home insurance was pretty tough on agreeing to accept the roof needing to be replaced and Juan was consistent in advocating for us. The process took a few months but our patience paid off as Juan was able to provide all the information to the insurance to get it approved. They did a great job and finished in one day. “I called storm roofing heroes to repair a leak in the roof of my house, fortunately they scheduled an appointment for the same day. Within a couple hours Antonio (the owner of the company) showed up punctually, he was
very polite and professional. He was able to assess the problem and assured me that they were going to do the job right. He told me that he and his crew were going to be here next day morning, once again they showed up right on time to begin the repair. Before and during the repair, Antonio kept good communication through text messages, and they were able to finish the work in a timely manner. In addition, they cleaned up the worksite and left nothing behind. I can see why Antonio and his roofing company have excellent reviews. “A bad storm last year left many houses with serious damages to roofs in our neighborhood. Even though my neighbors were having full replacement done to their roofs, my insurance company thought there was only minimal damage to my roof and were paying an amount totally inadequate to do the actual repair. A friend referred me to James Young whose company had repaired his roof and had done a fantastic job. I described my situation to James. James knew of an "arbitration" process that I could use to evaluate the true damage to the roof. It took couple months to go through the process, but the result was the inspectors agreed with James's assessment that I needed a new roof. Without his help we would have been left with just a partial roof repair. With James 's help and guidance , we were able to have a new roof, new gutter, new paints on pergola and home exterior. “Mark was extremely professional and knowledgeable. In 2021 Mark inspected my roof and said I had enough hail damage to make an insurance claim. I contacted Allstate insurance and my roof was inspected for a much lower amount of damage than the actual amount.. Since Allstate estimate of damage was only $300 above my deductible I initially decided that it was not worth it to get my roof replaced. Mark recommended we hire a public adjuster to challenge Allstate insurance low ball estimate. I never knew such a thing (public adjuster) existed. Mark contacted his public adjuster and the public adjuster's damage estimate was over 10 times the amount of Allstate insurance estimate. Allstate did not agree with the public adjuster and refused to pay for the actual damage dollar amount. So Mark then recommended we hire his attorney. I agreed with Mark and Mark's lawyer was able to get Allstate insurance to pay for the actual amount of damage. Today Mark installed a new roof with top of the line shingles and Ridgeline vents. His crew completed the entire job in 1 day. It looks fantastic. If it was not for Mark's knowledge and persistence, I would not have a new roof. I didn't know a home owner could challenge an insurance company by hiring a public adjuster and attorney but Mark did.. Mark deserves all the credit. Thank you so much Mark and TMP roofing.“

“The hail storm in Rockwall on 11 June 2023 caused extensive damage to my roof, gutters, garage doors and fence. After several inspections and estimates I chose Irongate Roofing Company to do the repairs. I cannot say enough good things about Irongate, their representative Jason, and the subcontractors they used to complete the work. During the repair process Jason was constantly stopping by to inspect the work and to make sure we were satisfied. Any problems that arose were immediately corrected.
