My parents had prepaid for funeral services in East Texas, however, they subsequently moved to the DFW . The funeral home in East Texas recommended New Hope to me when my father died. New Hope allowed us to use the prepaid policy whereas a well known larger funeral home chain did not. I was exceptionally pleased with the way both my father’s and mother’s arrangements were handled. Highly recommend this funeral home. The funeral director was very helpful and communicated with me exceptionally well prior to and following the service.
New Hope helped us every step of the way during such a hard time in the planning of my mother’s funeral. They even offer grievance support and Ken provided all the resources needed.
From Pre-need planning through Bereavement follow up a month later, my husband's funeral could not have been performed better. New Hope staff handled my emotional mania with kid gloves, delicately & with calming kindness. Every detail was executed with care & one-on-one confirmations along the way. I was in the funeral business for 5 years with SCI & hyper sensitive to the process. On a scale of 1 to 10, they deliver at a 10.
