“With as much negative and bad reviews that this company have I don’t see how are they still employed by the city. I was drive down Spur 408 and my car was hit with flying debris. It hit my car so hard that me and my son jumped, I thought my window was broken. I pulled over to assess the damage and then proceeded to go to the employees that was on the tractor. They called their supervisor name Miguel. He came out and looked, took a video and I got his phone and took pics of every spot where my car was hit. He then told me to call the office and talk to them. I called and they transferred me to a lady name Karen. She was so rude and obnoxious, she wouldn’t even allow me to speak without over talking me. She then tells me that she will call me back and hung up. She never call back. I call her back the next day and she tell me that she is going to deny my claim because she don’t think they did anything to my car and then say call your insurance company. I informed her that I will be calling the city of Dallas and hung up. I will be filing a claim against this company and seek restitution for the damages that they did to my car.“
