“I had the pleasure of checking out a local Rowlett Barbershop that just recently celebrated their one year anniversary. I had a haircut for myself and my two year old toddler. Julian cut my son's hair and Jimmy cut my hair. I really appreciated the attention to detail that they both gave us. I was worried my toddler would freak out but honestly, he did extremely well. Normally, I would have to give him a screen but he stayed very calm and didn't move around too much. Julian was also very careful with him and did not rush to risk any potential accidental cuts. I like to attribute the calm environment to the careful decor of the shop. The greenery of the artificial leave with the white flowers helped induce an extremely zen like environment that really helped reduce any stimulation for my son. It ensured that the cut was extremely high quality. My haircut was serviced by Jimmy, who happened to be the owner. We had a great conversation about his journey of beginning this shop. He's a very humble owner and he wants to grow this business to be associated with premiere and elegance. He's doing everything the right way. He was very meticulous in cutting my hair and never rushed once. The hot towel service was included with my beard trim, which I've never gotten before at any prior barbershops and yet the price was the same if not better than those places. The value of the cuts at Sway Barber Lounge is excellent. Very comparable and competitive prices compared to most in the area. They block out a very good time block so you won't have any next scheduled clients giving you that uncomfortable stare because they are waiting. I'm happy to have a local business in my area that provides high quality customer service while ensuring the best premiere quality haircut. I really hope the best for this barbershop and I most definitely will return here with my son.“
