I wanted to write a letter to thank Tim from Ascend Home Health Care. Tim was very kind and assumed me that my needs would be met. I had a very bad experience with another agency and Tim was wonderful in listening to my needs. I love my health care attendant Kay! Kay always knows what to do without being asked. She is very sweet and always has a smile on her face. Kay always makes sure my needs are met. Thank you so very much.

With having 2 elderly parents, I highly recommend using Ascend Home Care. Tim who is the Primary Home Care Supervisor is quick to response and always ready to help answer any questions we may have. They provide quality care for my parents and always go ABOVE and BEYOND to make our home lifestyle easier! Thanks for caring!!

It has been a pleasure to work with management. Every detail has not been overlooked in my care. Customer service is beyond measure with regard to needs, essentials and care. My home health aide is exceptional in quality of care and attending to my needs on a daily basis. I am very thankful to have this service and have let everyone know how much I appreciate Ascend Home Health.
