Called Lee out of the blue to ask some questions about an upcoming property that I'm purchasing.. He was kind, responsive and very knowledgeable. Would go back to him for my home inspection.
Closed on our new home yesterday. Lee at Alta Vista was our inspector. Among a few minor issues, he found the roof had hail damage. Long story short, we have a new roof at the sellers expense! Thanks Lee!!
