DOES NOT RECOMEND! I hired ken's for a complete install of a HVAC system about 4 years ago. last year we had a bad freeze and the heat couldn't keep up properly. A tech was sent out and reported that the HVAC's heat was only half hooked up. I talked to the owner, brent. he refuses to finish the job and said that even though it wasn't hooked up to the electrical box completely, it was installed. what a pos. I have since tried to contact through email and certified mail with no response.
