“Charlotte in accounting/finance at A&S is a saintly person. She helped our family in a real pinch. We don’t use credit cards and operate only in cash. Needless to say, we weren’t expecting an a/c fan motor to die – it wasn’t in our budget. She worked with us to get it figured out.<br><br>Joseph and Cohen, the HVAC technicians, braved our attic in a 108-year-old house and got the job done. We had guests coming later in the evening and it was 95 degrees plus in August. By the time they arrived the heat started to go down and the rooms were starting to cool. They were amazing!
