Shout out to Don! He keeps our machines running smoothly and is always prompt when needed. He recently went above and beyond to figure out and fix an issue with one of our main printers after a thunderstorm took out our electricity and weirdly knocked it offline. Amazing. The staff we worked with - Heather, Jackey and Bryan - are wonderful. The customer service is exceptional. We were unaware of the number of calls and opportunities we were missing. The capabilities with the service seems limitless. Very satisfied with CPI and I highly recommend them.

I have been working with CPI for about 5 years now and I'm on my second production printer lease with them. From the beginning Curtrena was up front and clear on everything that was going to happen. There is never any unexpected charges or surprises when its time to close the deal. I am a needy customer and I know that, but Curtrena always finds a way to get us taken care of. The service contracts and Techs are very customer friendly. We enjoy free shipping on consumables that always arrive the next day. Should I need to place a service call the Technician always arrives the same or next day. They are very knowledgeable about the equipment and get us up and running again...read full review
