It’s been some time since I visited this practice. We took our dog to 2 other offices prior to coming here with no diagnosis. Just offers to run expensive testing.We live 70 mi away from Bright Star but decided to take the time and visit Dr Larsen. We are so happy we made that choice. Even though we received devastating news, we had answers and empathy. Heather became a lifeline for me when I would call for advice.We lost our almost 13yr old fella on April 1. While I don’t currently have the need, I would happily travel to Bright Star with subsequent pets and already have recommended them to my family.

The staff was great I drove from Sherman to there to wait on another Doctor to remove stones from my Frenchie. They let me use there place for him to rest . Sherman tried to remove stones and they were so embedded that they needed Dr Nay who had more experience. I was so great for Bright Star both me and Mawgli were up all night. I took a nap in my car and Mawgli got to rest in their facility. I was very grateful they were kind and helpful to this Dog mommy and my baby. Really I was so surprised that the staff opened there heart and doors for us. He had 8 stones removed and is recovering but I so glad he steal with me. Zoom in to see all the stones.

To Dr. Larsen, Heather and the ENTIRE staff of Bright Star; thank you for taking the best care of our sweet bulldog. She had multiple surgeries/procedures at one time and as an anxious fur momma, everyone answered all my questions (and there were a ton haha) and addressed my concerns when I called. Dr. Larsen and Heather both called and messaged me after hours when I had more questions and checked on our sweet girl again late in the evening. This office goes above and beyond to care for their patients (and crazy fur parents). Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
