From the moment I walked in everyone was kind and very knowledgeable. Explained everything to me. Dr was warm and listened to my concerns. She answered all my questions and gave me all information for me to decide the care that I was comfortable with but would also be in my best interest and get me to the desired results. I will definitely recommend her to others.
I felt seen, heard and understood! She listened to my concerns and discussed the previous diagnosis of seborrheic dermatitis and said that I had another condition. She diagnosed me with CCCA and thankfully it was caught early! I have a plan to stop it and save my hair follicles. It’s an aggressive plan and I’m happy with the treatment plan. I’ve been in so much discomfort, pain, itchiness and frustration that I’m on board for any plan that she recommended.
This is the most professional Dermatologist I have came in contact with in the Houston/Sugarland area and not only that but Dr Miranda Ewelukwa is a MD Doctor that knows her stuff and explained everything that was going on and also prescribed the best medication for the problem and her assistant is amazing also so if you want a good MD Dermatologist I will highly recommend her over any other Dermatologist for african american skin because she is great and you want be disappointed!!!
