This is the worst spa I have been at. I went to get a hydro facial today and Maria scratched my face with the machine SO BAD. I have scabs on my face and I had to run to urgent care and they were even scared to treat it. It had looked like I had gotten into a fight with 3 cats. As she was doing the hydro facial I had told her it was too hard on my skin and she told me that's how it was supposed to make me feel. I will NOT be going here again & I hope no on else goes here. This is one of the most PAINFUL FACIALS and at procedure I have gotten in my entire life. I don't know if she's even a licensed esthetician but I hope no one goes to her.
